What size intake fan for a 4x5x7 growroom

    I need to know the smallest intake fan to be able to bring in enough fresh air to keep the co2 levels up.

    Basically take the overall cubic feet of the room (4X5X7) and plan on exchanging the air in that room every 3 minutes. There are more complex equations for figuring out the exact cfm you would need but that's the minimum.


    First grow using cfls.

    A piece of duct with a 4" inline I'd guess but I've never worked in such a small structure/space... Sorry

    you dont need intake fans, passive intake will be just fine with a strong enough exhaust

    I was thinking of intake and no extract as I dont have any issue with heat at the moment and there ain't an intake or extract

    I got a 300w led atm that I used already on a grow and I'm you g to buy another led but 600w to go with it.

    Yea unless your gonna run hps setups you should be able to get away with a 390 cfm exhaust i prefer 6 inch duct
