    Ok so I got a friend and she is 13 (sister of a real good mate) and I got another friend who just turned 18 and I found out from the girl that the 18 year old dude its sending 'sexual' texts and being pretty stupid, did I mention she doesn't want me to beat his ass :smoke: I don't have enough bud to make this go away GC, what would you do?

    She is still a little girl and he's a fucking adult..I would beat the shit outta that sick motherfucker! Damn..Shit like this pisses me off!

    That was my first idea was to beat his ass, but if he is sending pretty offensive texts perhaps I can set him up to go to jail? Hate to do that to some one I smoke with, but if talking to him wont change any thing, then i might have too.

    Right, he's your dude so try to talk to him first..but if shit keeps goin on and it gets outta hand I don't see what else you could do..that's sick and he needs to learn that somehow

    What he's doing is illegal and gross. Report him. Why beat his ass when you can get people in prison to do it for you..with their dicks.

    :p just messing with you hahaha no thats super fucked, you should just confront his ass next time you see himm, i dont see why you would need to do anything more complicated than that

    Yeah he is in 11th she is in 9th, just cause they go to the same school doesn't mean it snot totally fucked though, going to have to tell her bro. I just hate being in the middle of dramma-bullshit

    Well, I know Juniors who are/have gone out with a Freshman but that doesn't make it right. Even then, Juniors are usually 16-17 years old and Freshman are usually 14-15 years old. 5 years is a large gap and if she doesn't want these sexual messages then he's sexually harassing her. Even if she did, a 13 year old shouldn't be "going out" with an 18 year old.

    I have a feeling she might be instigating the situation by trying to seem cool with the stoner crowd, her letting him text these things is her fault too, her brother is going to talk to her about it when he gets off work. In the mean time :smoke:

    I don't understand how it could be her fault at all. The guys 18, he should know that its wrong to send sexual messages to a 13 year old girl. 13 year olds usually don't know what the hell they're doing, even if they think they do.. I know I didn't know shit when I was 13. I went through a huge transformation mentally from when I was 13 years old to now.

    You know I'm against underage with adults. But it seems this person may not even know the girl is underage or atleast 13. If he knew that he might back off and regretted sending those texts to the chick. It happens sometimes, not too me. But to others they never asked for an ID of the Girl then they find out tragic shit. After all that milk that contains growth hormones effect our nations kids, and at alarming rates they are maturing much faster then us.

    Growth Hormones in processed food are responsible for kids to mature way much faster and at alarming rates. There is also some sort of genetic "diesase" that makes younger people looking much older then there own age. For example if your 16 you could look 20 to 25 years old, with facial hair and all. It happens there is different reasons for this it's sometimes genetic, it's sometimes the shit in foods such as growth hormones. Now I don't condone in someone being 18 years or older dating a 13 year old girl. But it seems there could be a misunderstanding in this case. Try talking to your friend and mention her age maybe he will be like "oh shit man, I didn't know she was that young." And hopefully he will apologize for his reckless drunk sextexting actions. The girl could have lied about her age too.

    I'm not one to judge, but it seems like the girl could have lied or your friend is really dumbfounded and can't tell she is underage. Like I said try talking to him and mention she isn't legal of age and that she is only 13. Alright man.
