ok my buddys dad is groing cron in his house in a box he bought off the internet it dose it all auto so he has to do nothing but it seems to me that its not crystallized at all like he just hung them up to dry today dose it like take time to get crystals on it or dose it grow with crystals on it? or is there any way we can make the bud more strong?
The "crystals" you are referring to are actually called "trichomes". Some types of MJ produce more trichomes than others, but all weed should produce at least some. Very hard to tell without a picture or details. What strain is the weed? How long was it in vegetative growth? How long was it in flowering? what were the growing conditions (i.e. temp, humidity, ferts used, room size, lighting, etc). Is it even a female? The more info you give the better. Gg
Once a plant is cut down to dry there is no way to increase the potency. You CAN maximize the THC content and flavor, by proper drying and curing. Improperly dried or cured weed will smoke harshly, smell less and not have the maximum smokeable THC possible. Read this guide on Harvesting and Curing Gg
