What Should I do?

Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by hi all the time, Mar 12, 2010.

  1. For about the past 3 months ive been smoking about 3-6 times a week and enjoying it greatly. I am planning to take a T break (tolerance break) starting after this weekend and waiting til 4/20 to smoke again to renew my tolerance and make me appreciate the weed even more. Would taking this break be beneficial for me tolerance wise, and i mean would i be happy that i did it after its over or do you think i woould be dissapointed. I would like advice based on how much i smoke and how long of a break im taking just to see if i should do it or not.
    Thanks

  2. you are going to be high on 420 anyways, the only choice you have to make is whether you want to be high up until then, or not.

it doesn't sound like anyone is forcing you to take a break... i personally wouldn't if i didn't have to

  3. i dont know man... at just 3-6 times a week i dont think you really need a t-break. i smoke weed basically once a day... and thats at night once my daughter is a asleep. i get high every single time and it doesnt seem to get any harder to get high.

maybe if you smoked more you would need a break but id say keep tokin :hello:

    1. ok i didnt think so but i wasnt sure bc ur right its never more hard for me to get blazed thx i didnt think of it that way

  4. yeah unless you've been smoking for a while i wouldnt worry about taking a tolerance break. if you have the option of being stoned or not being stoned why would you choose the latter? just keep on a blazin and when 4/20 rolls around get even more stoned.

  5. Well after about 2.5 weeks tolerance to marijuana, even in a previously daily user, is completely gone. So that length of break is going to completely lower your tolerance, but its actually gonna be longer than it needs to be. I've always loved the feeling of lighting up after a break, but some people don't. If you're going to school, don't take a T-Break. Being high at school is enjoyable, but you don't want to be so absolutely blasted at school.

  6. ok an average t break should last about a week. think of your brain like a battery, the more you smoke, the more power you use up. now waiting is like putting your brain on the charger, so say you wait a week. your brain at the end of the week is about 80% recharged, the last 20% could take another 2 weeks. i finished up a 5 day t break and got fucked up where before i wasn't getting as high. im sure if i waited a month it'd be better, but i didn't want to be gone after 2 or 3 bowls. and after about a week back on my regular smoke schedule, i was back to where i was before the t break. but try not to smoke for the best results hope that helps

  7. IF YOU HAVE TO ASK, YOU DONT NEED IT
    all im saying

hah, and besides, 3-6 times a week is nothing.
3-6 times a day is when you benefit from a t break, because in my experience, just waiting till the end if the day to smoke gets me blasted

  8. word dude.

  9. Personally I wouldn't take a t break until atleast a year of smoking...3 months is not that long to build up a tolerance.
