If you want the most bang for your buck, you want a good oil... it is very easy to make using your oven and a few simple items that you probably have in your kitchen now. A quality oil requires very little effort, you'll spend the majority of the time during processing in another room, puffing a bowl or two while reading a book or watching a movie, as your oil becomes more potent and bioavailable.

If you're new in the kitchen and feel a bit apprehensive towards actually baking or cooking, a heatless or cold recipe like any of those pictured below (also located in the above link) can be a great option to protect your potency, once you've perfected your oil;














Edit - A tip, if you don't feel up to making your own ice-cream from scratch; just let your favorite brand thaw, very slightly, just until it's soft enough to stir, then blend in your oil.
