What should I buy?

    I am on a $400 budget, and I have been looking at all the reviews of the numerous vaporizers and bongs. So many different views on quality, and price. I wanted to hear some tips from GC on what I should buy. I am looking to buy a bong, a slide, and a vaporizer. The less I spend the better. I need to do everything stealthy also. So what should I buy and why? Any specific brands I should look at?
