A bong for sure man, and a vape eventually perhaps.

If you smoke everyday, more then once, then my advice will always be to get a bong. They conserve, and the high is better (or worse all preference really). They dont really filter many carcinogens out, but the cooling effects of the water really do make big tokes feel smoother.

It may be hard finding a 10-20 dollar bong, not impossible though, 30-40 might be a little easier. Especially if you want to go with glass-on-glass which is MUCH better.

 

Bong or bowl haha but your budget should expand so you can buy quality products.

 

Wait till you have 40 dollars, then get a bong. Any bong you find for 20 is going to suck.

Short answer: Aluminum Vapor Genie.

I bought a small glass spoon and a small ceramic bong last year, and they're still going strong. If you haven't used a bong before, my second answer would be a small glass/acrylic bong. People will swear by glass, but honestly, either work for me. The ceramic is nice too, but it's obviously a high risk for breaking, and mine came with a small plastic bowl/slider that broke right away.

I also had a rolling machine, and I swear by them. They helped me roll faster and smoother j's, plus easier to put kief in. If you get one, I advise ones for 1.25's and bigger; maybe king sized. I had one for single (1) sized papers and they felt harder to roll.

But yeah. Aluminum Vapor Genie. If you have a lot of money to spend, then by all means, get a higher-end vaporizer for your room. Magic Flight Launch Box and Vapor Genies are cheaper and more importantly to me, portable. My only qualm with the MFLB is you 'light up' with a battery, but they seem to die after 2 or 3 hits. They also seem more breakable. VG's come in assorted color wood or in aluminum, making it easier to clean. Plus, vaped weed = weed to make cooking oil with later.

^ Yeah, if you don't have a grinder already, get on that. Best investment you'll have in the long run.

 

With your budget id just buy some papers and a grinder, sometimes a joint is all you need.

 

a 10 to 20 dollar budget won't get you anything quality. you are limited to papers (i recommend picking up a few packs of raws, maybe some pre-rolled filters, etc) or a shitty, cheap bowl. i'd say concentrate on roll items - different blunt flavors, papes, rollers, etc.

 

For that price I'd get a steamroller. My roommate had one that he got for 30 that would get you as high as a bong would, and for 20 you won't be able to get a very good bong at all and it would be acrylic.

This. You'll appreciate it so much. Get a 4 piece with a kief collector, saving up and having a fat amount of THC is awesome.

get a roor ashtray for £8 (google for us dollar conversion) from everyonedoesit.com , it comes with free roor rolling papers, otherwise buy the roor steamroller (small) for £14. You could just buy a nice grinder like Zizzy mentioned above.

 

Don't bother with a roller, just develop your skills bro! There'll be times when you can't use the roller and then you're fucked.
