I'm not familiar with the type, but i'm sure that the ballast is 120V (the same as a regular home outlet). That's what most of the HPS ballasts are at. But then again, that's just my guess.
Hello mcsmoke Thanks for the reply eventually managed to find out it's 110v as you say , the good thing is you can plug it straight in , as for me im in UK so guess what yep gotta go buy another bulb and a ballast.
