What Plant is This?

    Friend found some plants in his yard, he said he tosses his seeds in his yard lol, anyway he took some pics (with his macbook LOL).

    Im pretty positive its not weed for a few reason, but Im not ruling it out 100% right now since all I have are pics. I figured I might as well ask on GC for the hell of it.

    Any clue?

    Doesn't look much like weed to me but I don't grow so I wouldn't take my word for it
