    i dont understand what youre talking about.
    i just smoked a swisher and all i did was split it
    thats all i ever do. whats to tear off?

    you dont tear anything off if its a regular rillo... if your rolling the big ones then when you de-leaf it youll see the color difference in the paper you rip off and the regular gar paper.

    you have to rip off the cancer paper. I buy wraps though, so that's not a problem
