What NPK values should I aim for in flowering/hard-flowering?

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by GrimloxK, May 15, 2011.

  1. Hey buds, so i'm in week 6 of flowering and i'm using the roots organics nutes lineup and I think I went a little too hard in the last watering w/ nutes because i'm getting very small yellowing on leaf tips. It's not anything major but it's def. a sign of some kind of nute burn.

Could anyone just break it down which of the NPK values I should be upping in hard flowering and which to decrease because i'd like to micro-manage my nutes in a better way.

All advice is appreciated, as well as actual NPK values from your own grows that have provided great results.

  2. light nute burn is common . matter of fact that very, very light nute burn you see only hitting the very tips of the leaves is called "the perfect burn" and should be enjoyed...

  3. For flowering you want lower N than P or K.

  4. thanks buds...

whatfrat...if I get these slight tip burns...does that mean I should continue with my same nute regimen?

Here's a list of the npk values i'm giving right now just for clarification:

    Buddha Grow - 2 - 0.25 - 1.5 10 ml
    Buddha Bloom - 0.5 - 2 - 1 15 ml
    trinity - 0.1 - 0.5 - 0.25 15 ml
    hp2 - 0 - 4 - 0 15 ml
    hpk - 0 - 5 - 4 10 ml

Toasty...I just read something that I should aim for lower N but also P in late flowering and up my K...from your experience is this true?

  5. only pull back if it starts to burn more.. IMHO..
