For me it's morning cardio, fat filled breakfast, and a cup of green tea or coffee. What gets you going?
Agreed with "morning cardio". Starts the day with endorphins. Knwoing I'll have a nice smoke in the afternoon is always a fine way to start the day as well.
Start off with the gym around 7am, walk back to my apartment and make a breakfast for a champion, then smoke a fat session of some dank and meditate for a couple hours. Hop in the shower, get out with all new, fresh clothes and finish with a blunt while I figure out plans for the day and I'm a happy man
A nice healthy shit. I have my oatmeal and coffee, then when it's light enough, I take the dog to the beach so he can chase birds as I'm walking a mile down the shore and a mile back. TBH, nothing makes me 100% anymore.

Coffee, weed, prescriptions. Also working out in the morning is nice like everyone said i hate working out mid day.
Well besides the earliest statement, some good rest, a fruity breakfast, a bomb shower, and Coffee Oh my... Do I love coffee It keeps me at 102%, at least for a few hours.
