What light to use?PLEASE HELP!

    im growing 5 white widdow plants in 2 gallon containers each. I was wondering what the best light for this would be. i was thinkling 250 watt hps light at 5 inchs away from the top of the plant, but im not sure. what type light would be best for my situation for the vegitation and flowering stage, thanks for any help. i need the help fast ,i already started germinating the seeds.

    If you have money to spend, get 2 400 w HPS, or 1 1000 watt HPS and 1 400w MH. You'll get a good yield. But you'll need good air flow/heat control.
