Room temps are around 75, I have 2 8in vortex fans. 5x5x7 gorilla tent. I already own one Platinum led p600. Should I buy another one and run 2 of them in a 5x5 Or Get this setup. One hand LED runs cheap and is easy to cool Everyone always says hps gives you way better results though but I know things are changing everyday with led lights
A good LED is no worse than HPS these days. It's mostly just a heat vs cost difference. If you are happy with your LEDs, and temps are an issue, my opinion would be to get another led.
thats really what i was hoping to hear.. I am just indecisive sometimes and hearing a vet member say that puts way more confidence in my choice.. thanks brother
Im using Advanced Platinum LED rigtht now i have a p600... So I will just buy another p600 and run 2 of them in a 5x5
I think that is money poorly spent.... i would get cobs or quantum boards before i would buy an expensive cheap led.
ALL Get 4 quantum boards or their new hlg 550 would be nice. Or look into doing a cob setup. Rollitup has a better forum for lighting ive noticed so you might wanna browse through their indoor growing>LED and other Lighting section.
Well I returned my gavita I bought from a local store and picked up a 630w cmh. Let's see how this goes
