2700k for flower ..5000k for partial veg maybe mix with 2700k but you really need 6500k for veg to prevent stretch good luck
But i also wonder that lumens play A big roll in it so what is best then 15Watt 2700k with 1500 lumen or 6Watt with around 600 lumen?
more lumens the better ..keep about an inch of the leaf IMO make an led array of bulbs upto 200? Watts anymore than you are better off with a 250wHPS Good Luck
The top light is 14.5 watts, and the bottom one only 6 watts. Any light that's close to white will grow good weed. Don't fret over whether it's 3000 K or 6000 K. 3000 K will be a LITTLE better, but not much. Any white light puts out photons of all colors.
And also correct me if im wrong. You say any light that is close to white is the option isnt then 6000k closer to more white than 3000k? Is a bit warm white? So how can 3000K be a little better as you said? Sorry bro didnt get that. Maybe you meant the opposite.
The consensus for white LEDs is 4000 K for veg, 3000 K for flower, or 3500 K from seed to harvest. You are correct, 6000 K is closer to white. Maybe we should say cannabis grows best under whithe light that has a slight redish tint. I think people worry too much about the exact kelvin temp. In general, the more true watts the better.
When your dealing with such a small bulb/light=watts is what you need, don't worry about lumens. Higher watts will ALWAYS produce brighter light. Just have the right k for veg and k for flower.
In general that's true, but to be strictly correct we should factor in efficiency also. Some lights can convert 100 watts from the wall socket into more actual light watts than others.
