What lamps do I use?!

    I have 2 hp? lamps I'm using.. one is a 32w clamp lamp and the other is a 24w long one that hangs...... is this powerful enough?

    I suspect you have T5s and idk what. For the start (seedlings and maybe a bit more) its fine, but you will need more lighting when the plants start to mature. About 40 watts per square foot.

    Yup! T5s.. but looks like I'll b hitting the store again..

    I suggest you look up the quantum boards that are available. Here's are some good alternatives.
