what kinda bug is this?

    these are actually in my veggie garden outside, but i am paranoid about bringing them in. going to treat the veggie garden today. i want to make sure whatever these are will be killed.

    looks like it. the black bean aphid. one of the most destructive pests. the google told me to spray the garden with dawn water. do you know if google is right?

    I use either neem oil or Monterey garden insect spray. This is for 90% of bugs.
