What kind of light can I fit in here

    GL 40 grow tent
    16"w 16"L 48"H

    I want an hps/mh possibly 250watt or 150watt

    I currently have a 100w led and 100w cfl side light with no heat issue , but ant nice yield ​

    you could fit that 250 in there

    You want 30-50 watts per square foot.

    so its 1x1 does that mean i should only have 50 watts

    Ask around my growing skills have become abit rusty.I think so though,too much light will burn the plant.Sorry I couldn't help more I need to start a grow again.
