    It's hard to tell just by looking, but whatever it is it looks very nice. Nice thick buds, crystals, lots of orange hairs.... these are all good signs. :D

    Looks good. I think it's an Indica, probably some kush or something like bubblegum.

    Can someone explain to me how you tell an indica from a sativa by looking at buds?

    Also, anyone know of any strains that are 100% indica or 100% sativa? I know there's a handful out there, but it's just not what you usually see.

    I can never tell the difference... Northern Lights is 100% indica and Trainwreck is 100% sativa I believe

    Indica: Darkgreen compact thick buds. Lots of orange hairs.
    Sativa: Airy lightgreen (not so compact) buds.

    I thought bud density was supposed to be related to the light intensity in the grow. I've had some indicas that were airy and light, and some sativas that were very dark colored.

    It's just an indication. What you say is true, but when it's grown properly, you can tell the strain most of the time by looking at the things I said. :smoke:
