What just happened?

    So last night I smoked with some people in a hot dorm shower room and ended up having some really weird shit happen. We started our second bowl and all of the sudden I started getting dizzy and hearing everyone talk with like an accent. Then I noticed everyone was talking gibberish or some weird language. Next thing I know I can barely stand up and am falling back against the wall blacking out and hearing them say "get him out, open the door". Few seconds later I'm being dragged into the bedroom by my friend and am having my heart rate checked by some people in the room.

    Apparently my skin changed color and my lips turned blue/purple. I'm kinda thinking it was oxygen deprivation, has anyone had any experience with events like this? While high I started thinking it could be the salvia I smoked a few days before finally kicking in, but that is a pretty far stretch.

    Comments on what the problem might have been are much appreciated.

    sounds like you got fuckin baked...or it was laced

    my old roommate smoked some laced shit like one of the first times he smoked...and he said he was seeing shit in 2-D

    Sounds like you couldent take the heat - maybe you should stay out of the steamy showers for the next clam bake:smoking:

    heat stroke maybe or maybe it was laced
    or maybe it was both
    i had the gibberish once i couldnt understand anything then i figured out that the bud was laced with PCP
    i gotta say i was the best bud i had ever smoked

    I was totally thinking it was laced, but none of the other 3 were as fucked up as I was. Shower heat may have caused it, it got pretty hot in there. It felt exactly like I was on nitrous oxide at the dentists office. Everything tunneled then went bright, then I just couldn't see anything. I literally felt completely blind.

    In my nonprofessional opinion - Id have to say it was a mild heat stroke, you just passed out. Between the heat and the high, you brain just said "FUCK OFF - I NEED A BREAK"

    now that has happened to me from a huge bong rip. i would say oxygen deprivation...happens, hold your breath and it will happen eventually (lol prob when you pass out)

    This sounds just like the effects of heatstroke/dehydration. I've gotten it a few times while smoking somewhere hot without a drink before and you just have to learn from your mistakes. When you know you're gonna smoke, at least make sure you have a drink nearby if you happen to need fluids. I always dehydrate really fast(not only when I smoke) and every time I don't have a drink I get that tunnel vision as soon as I stand up and 1/3 times I pass out after a couple minutes.

    i think i felt the same shit as you. me and a couple friends toked up outside by the lake. we were on the dock and i cut my foot on something in the water. it started to bleed and i got really lightheaded and all sounds sounded very muffled. then just like you said, everything went really bright, i really had no idea what the fuck was happening to me. i collapsed onto the dock, but after a few minutes it kinda cleared up. i wish my friends were as good as yours though, mine just thought it was hilarious...assholes haha

    Oh man I had the gibberish/accent thing goin on for me too. It was 4 years ago when I first started smoking. Got REALLY, REALLY baked and all of a sudden everyone's voice started sounding british, and then after I was done laughing so much about their accents I couldn't understand what they were saying and it all just turned into gibberish. And I was still laughing my ass off! I think it was actually the best high I ever had.

    lol, i getting shit like that right now haha. Its like I cant understand music, it doenst sound right....hmm, mybe its too quiet? or im just high!:smoke:
