What is your preferred way to grow with aquaponics?

  1. I've been on YouTube and reddit and I've seen people growing marijuana autoflowers using aquaponics and it looked pretty meet and I want to get into it.

I would like to know if you have been growing autoflowers aquaponically, what would you consider minimal and optimal in the pounds or kgs of fish per gallons or litres of water to grow at least one autoflower with very little to no issues?

  2. You could grow in everything from a gold fish bowl to a 10,000 gallon swimming pool with walking platforms. The bigger the tank the easier it is to maintain and the less the ppm and Ph will fluctuate. But always start small to experiment to learn mistakes because small mistakes are less painful. I feel like a 50-100 gallon tank is a good starter size to learn on.

  3. For small aquaponic systems auto flowers is the only way go because root growth .
Other stains NO the root systems on bigger plants or different strains plug or slows the drainage system and the plants get sick or die .

  4. One of the frequent posters over in the sticky thread "Automatics make good Organic sinse" @Han-Bolo has posted quite a bit about his aquaponic grows, and they are very successful. A search of that thread for Han-Bolo will help you find some info. He may post in other spots too, so a general search for Han-Bolo might reveal more results. Perhaps he will see I tagged him and share some info as well.
    cheers
