What is this?

  1. I've got an amnesia haze auto flower that just recovered from nitrogen surplus after I flushed it and now it's showing this new problem. I'm not sure what it could be, I thought maybe it was phosphorus deficiency but I've been giving it a steady supply of bloom nutrients and some cal mag so I have no idea what it could be. Soil pH has been steady. Temperature is always between 69 and 78.

  2. Looks like a calcium deficiency to me. What is the ph? If its too low, you will lock it out.

  3. I notice some chicken claws and speed bumps on the leaves. Looks like an over-watering issue that got out of hand as well.

  4. I think that might be it. Could the overwatering have caused the plant to stop nutrient intake? This plant has really slowed down on how much it drinks, the pot stays wet for up to 5 days.

  5. I believe so. Once over-watered, the roots eventually shut down, preventing the plant from taking in nutrients and thus the deficiencies start to kick in.

  6. Bump for any other opinions?

  7. Looks like good ole nute burn. I think you are probably loving it to death! Lay off any nutes you are giving it and I bet you’ll see an explosion of renewed vigor. When all else fails “LITFA”!!

  9. I thought nutes burn too but after flushing it heavily with only water (3x the pot volume) I can't imagine that'd be it. I've been using about an 8th the recommended nutes amount every 3rd water.

  10. Imo looks nothing like nute burn..... what strength nutes have u been giving it, how often do u water?

  11. General organics bloom and bio bud about 1/4 a ml per gallon each, water about every 4 days, nutrients used every 3rd water.

  12. Is a 1/4 ml per gal 1/4 strength?

  13. It is 1/4th low recommendation and 1/8th high recommendation. Do you think this could be caused by overwatering, I know im coming off an overwatering run that lasted about a week or two, and I think maybe this has caused messed up pH/ suffocating roots.

  14. I use fox farm trio. What I’ve learned is 1/4 and 1/2 strength is ok in veg but not flower. Shortly after 12/12 flip I started getting Deficiencies... after I bumped it up to full strength they went away.... with watering and nutes. How often does ur nutes say to use it. Ff say atleast 1 time a week, best results every other water. I also saw deficiencies when I “nute, water, water, nute” usually every 3d and they are needing water. The last few weeks I have been watering with nutes full strength every other watering and they plants that had deficiencies look a lot better and the ones behind them didn’t get any

  15. I think u got that backwards... 1/4 is bigger then 1/8.... not sure, was u watering everyday? When I overwatered when I first started I think the leaves just got “thick/darker”? Drooped then got better... after that I learned to water, wait till pot is lite but b4 leaves wilt or point down and water

  16. No but I definitely wasn't waiting until the pot was light. This plant has a sister on the same schedule, but it's sister gets slightly higher nutes because it looks absolutely fine and is growing well. I made the mistake of watering them together even though the healthy sister has a smaller pot and dries out much faster.

  17. I meant 1/4 a milliliter is 1/4 of they're lowest recommendation and 1/8th of their highest recommendation

  18. Let it get nice a dry(but not wilted leaves) and water it. I think if u wanna stay same strength as u r use nutes atleast every other watering and see how plants react, but I still think u will show deficiencies later in flower... save $ by goin half strength or so in veg and get closer to full in flower.
