Thats a bowl to put weed in from looks of it, you usually have that attached to a down stem in glass bongs though

Yessiree tis a concentrates rig. It's still possible to hot knife weed so if you had a torch and only that I'd give it a whirl. Should be able to get a herb bowl instead though that fits that for $10
Did you know you were ordering a dab rig, or did they mess up your order? Also, it's kind of weird that it didn't come with a nail. You shouldn't have to go to the head shop before you can use it...

It's cool that it came with both of those. You can use it either way. Sounds like they should throw in a sheet of instructions.
Heat up the nail with a torch then put that dome on it and dab away. The nail just looks like a real glass nail with a circle part that keeps the nail from dropping into the down stem. I never used the one from mine cause I use a quartz banger myself. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Usually the supplied nail is made of glass and not quartz. I've thrown away all the nails and replaced them with bangers. I don't like nail and dome setups anyways, comes get sticky after a few hits.
I got a dab rig when I got my first extract...but I don't really like using it that way. It's just too much, all at once. Instead, I've taken to spiking a bowl of flower with a little bit of extract in the center, and that seems to make me happy. I also appreciate not having to smoke my weed with a blow torch...
