Input equals output. In school work, but more importantly all social situations when you are trying to get people to do something you want. Never make a threat you cannot carry out. It doesnt even have to be a threat. When you talk, your aim should be that people listen to you. If you talk and no one cares because you lie/are unrealistic, you wont be taken seriously. When you speak, people should listen. Think before you speak. Self explanatory. If you do this enough, the second rule will come true Oh yeah, one more... Question everything.
I would take that a step further and say never say anything that you don't plan on following through on. EDIT: I'm baked. You basically said the same thing. I don't like threats, I like actions, but yeah you're 100% correct in this. Never make promises you aren't going to keep, basically.

It's mostly dumb luck at the end of the day. This doesn't play well with the human psychology; we need a reason to justify it all in synchronous order to help validate our successes, or justify our failures. Or to simply get out of bed in the morning. Everyone gets a box; relax.
You dont get paid by thinking/ you dont get paid to think. Dont run from fears, run to bliss. focus on what you want. Cause you get, you are, you become solely what you focus on. Faith is the one thing you need to make it happen. What you see is what you get. So visualize all your dreams come true. there are 3 types of people in this game of life. Winners, losers and spectators. Only You decide who you are. Its all for the best.
