    Vinegar could work, also the major car wash places usually have a interior detail. My car was really bad before I took it there and paid 50 bucks and it snells like new. Check the store for odor eliminators like oust or febreeze. If it just smells like a fragrance (cologne, axe) it will just cover it up.
