What is the best way to find a hook up in your area?

    What is the best way to go about finding a reliable hook up in your area? I am new to the Indianapolis area and have read I can go into headshops and ask but I am weary to do so in a public place of business.

    Is there a way or an online community to connect smokers to providers? This is for regular everyday recreational use only....

    Asking for hookups directly is a violation of de rules...

    I'd start at a local college dorm.
