What is that chat thing on IPS mode?

    Grasscity will never have a chatroom feature because of the owner. But, switch to "IPS Community" by pressing End on your keyboard, click change theme, and select IP Board. What is that chat thing with a red 2?
     
    When I click on it this comes up:

    My guess is that switching to IP Board will change the current GC theme to it's native theme? Just my guess though. Too lazy to try it myself.
