i was wondering what low stress training is and what effect it has on the plant ? thanks in advance : )
Low stress training aka LST is a way to make your plant grow more wide than high..its for when you have limited space or just would rather have a wide plant there are many ways to do it
There are greater benefits to LST beyond keeping the plant short. There is a whole sticky thread on it at the top of this forum.
