    Kief is like all the crystals from the buds. The most potent part. You can get it by putting your bud on a screen and shaking it so the kief falls thru the screen and you collect it up. Theres a thread about it around ehre somewhere..

    alright so kief is the thc crystals on the nuggets. But when you shake them all off, dosnt that make some good nugs less potent, and dosn't that take forever?

    Yes it makes the nugs slightly less potent, But thats the price you pay. And no, It dosent really take that long. A good 4-5 hits of kief should get you buzzed if its from good bud. And 4-5 hits aient shit. Break up a ounce like this and you'll get a couple bowls easy of kief.

    im not sure...but someone told me the red hairs from nugs were also considered keif

    You've been misinformed homie. Hair color usually jus depends on different temperatures. Like purple hairs are very easy to achieve if the temperatures from around 50-60 degrees. Dosent have anything to do with potency or anything.
