Ok im starting this thread simply because i want to get a better understanding of HAARP. I know theres a lot of you out there that know theres something not right and so im hoping you will join the discussion. And can we please keep it civil, after all we are stoners and that stands for respecting others and there views. I have started to read a book by Jerry E. Smith, a researcher who put a lot of work into knowing more about Haarp. It has started off very interesting so i will post little bits of it as i read it. HAARP pg 18. According to the military, the purpose of HAARP antenna array is to stimulate, on a very small scale, phenomena similar to those that occur naturally when energy from the sun interacts with the earths upper atmosphere. This could provide scientists and engineers with insights into how these natural phenomena occur and what effects they produce. Official documents describe the governments intention for HAARP to become a "a major arctic facility for upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial research." The Governments official documents on HAARP are often contradictory and seem to be intentionally misleading. Reseachers looking into HAARP and related technologies suspect that a great deal is not being told to the American people, much less to Congress who is footing the bill (with our money, of course).

Actually, it is. If you were to compare oranges to pick the right one for you, and one line of orange was sour for the last 10 years, one would postulate that that line of oranges will be sour again tomorrow. That sample was 10 years. What if I told you that we had more disasters in the past 10 years than there were in 100 years. Would that suffice?
Good points guys, this is what i was hoping for. Yesterday morning i woke to find snow outside, i cant remember the last time it snowed this side of christmas. But what i really found unusual was the size of the lumps of snow that were falling, i have never seen lumps of snow that big fall from the sky in my life. I have no doubts that theres a change in the weather. Is it HAARP connected, who knows, hopfully this thread will lead to a better understanding.

Just found this as i was doing some reading, i thought it was quite interesting. A report from the Russian Northern Fleet [transmitted to the Government of Venezuela] would seem to indicate that the earthquate that devastated Haiti was the “clear result of a seismic weapons test recently conducted by the US Navyâ€. The Northern Fleet has been monitoring the movements and U.S. naval activities in the Caribbean since 2008 when the Americans announced their intention to re-establish the Fourth Fleet which had been dissolved in 1950, to which Russia responded a year later with a Russian fleet headed by the nuclear cruiser Peter the Great, thus kicking off its first exercise in this region since the end of the Cold War. The super carrier USS Carl Vinson was sent from Virginia with a complete consignment of planes and helicopters. It arrived in Haiti on January 14 in the afternoon, as specified by Fraser who also remarked that additional helicopter groups would be joining the Carl Vinson. USAID was already on the spot before the earthquake. President Obama was informed about the earthquake on January 12 at 17h52 and ordered emergency services to be provided to the staff of his Embassy and humanitarian assistance to the population. According to the Russian report, the State Department, USAID and the U.S. Southern Command launched their humanitarian invasion by deploying 10000 soldiers and contractors, in lieu of the United Nations, to take control of Haitian territory following the “devastating experimental earthquake. Its good you can laugh bro and i aint being sarcastic, if we couldnt have a laugh at the same time it wouldnt be fun. You cant deny something isnt right, is it HAARP, who knows. Bottom line is i have seen enough stuff to know we need to start asking questions but a lot of people think differently. Im not saying we will find out what is going on, what i do know is theres enough information out there to know our governments are playing dirty and we are letting them get away with it. They work for us remember, without the people they have nothing.
