What is Better to grow indoors

    Is it better to have a flat white walls or to aluminum foil (reflective) on the walls

    flat white. aluminum foil makes hot spots, which can burn parts of the plants. the best though is mylar.

    agreed. flat white is far superior than foil.

    Tin foil reflects alot more, and heat spots really depend on your lighting.. Low watt CFL should not be a problem, but HID is a definite no no.
