What in the heck? Why so much?!

  1. Hey, idk if this the right forum, but I have a frustrating issue. I've had this problem where I got really high the first time I smoked, but after that I never really felt anything. Eventually I started to feel it again but recently I've been thinking that I'm not getting as high as I used to. Like I could go much further. Idk.

I don't think it's my tolerance. I've been smoking regularly since... maybe the end of March? I can't really remember. I'm currently taking prozac although I miss a lot of days in between taking them. Idk, this all happened so fast. Even maybe my 3rd or 4th time trying smoking I remember having to go out and smoke a lot of times and the entire night I was like, "I don't really feel this." I smoked 1.5 bowls earlier, and I think 2.5 or 3 just now, and I feel the effects. But like, ARGH. That's so much more than what even regular stoners need!

Am I just not smoking right? Is my medicine throwing me off? Is my body weird? Or has my tolerance really skyrocketed?(!!!!!!!!!)

    Thanks, UGH!!!

  2. Maybe it's the weed you're smoking. I started vaping a year and 1/2 ago and so far haven't had to take a tolerance break. I medicate pretty heavily for pain, but my tolerance has only increased a little. I change what I'm consuming regularly, sometimes storing products for a month or two. I have found that more than a few weeks on any one strain requires more and more for the same effect.

I find that some strains just don't give me a high that I like or just don't work well for me. A couple months of casual use really shouldn't increase your tolerance to that extent. You can always give yourself a 5 to 7 day break and see if it helps. If your using to treat depression or anxiety you need to get educated about the strains of MJ to find what works for you.

Good luck and hope this helps!
