  1. if I get caught by the cops smoking with someone who doesn't have an MMJ card can they take away my card?

  2. Why would you be penalized for something that doesn't concern you. That is, unless YOU are supplying it. But that also brings up another point why are you smoking in an area a cop has instant or plain access to?

  3. I smoke at home but I smoke on the balcony (mom doesn't like the house smelling like weed) and the guy upstairs is always calling the cops then the cops come and I show them my card but every time they come I'm not smoking with anybody but sometimes someone's over and we usually take turns with who supplies sometimes it's me sometimes its them. So I was just wondering what if the cops get called when I am medicating and I happened to be with someone smoking also and they notice that the person is lit

  4. Well I'm sorry for your situation, but that just pisses me off. I bet the cops know you on a first name basis.

  5. they sure do know me

  6. The answer is, yes, if you are arrested for diversion you can lose your recommendation (or at least your recommendation won't hold up in court) - and more importantly you can be fined and/or imprisoned.

  7. the same guy continues to call about it?

  8. As WildWill said, diversion is a crime.

as to your neighbor calling the police, repeating the action once it is shown you are 'legal'...is not only harassment it is a waste of police resources (costing tax dollars).

If he does it again, file a charge against said neighbor for harassment, and talk to the your local DA about his wasting tax dollars by calling the police on you when he knows you are legal.

  9. Would you get in trouble for giving your friend your prescription pills?
Sometimes you just need to think about it, son

  10. Well, the blades have already answered your question, so let's get down to the root of your problem- " mom doesn't like the house smelling like weed". :(

Just buy a vaporizer! They produce far less odor than smoking! They use less cannabis to get you medicated! Vaporizers are much easier on the lungs than joints or bongs. The "leftovers" can still be used in edibles, although they are not as potent as using bud. But getting to use the same cannabis twice is a good deal! :D Run a search to learn more about them, or click the first link in my sig and scroll down to "Methods of use - vaporizers". A good vaporizer is worth every penny you spend on it!

Winter is coming, and toking on the balcony will soon be less pleasant!

    Granny

  11. ...as I found out last night on the back porch......:(
