what if we are the dominant alien race?

  1. think about it... what if "we" on planet Earth are the most dominant force in the infinity that there is outside of this galaxy? what if "we" are the most evolved and technologically advanced? in NO WAY am i saying this to be my belief, nor do i claim to have any proof... but what if? if people are willing to believe in a one, or many gods, or extra terrestrials, why not believe that "we" could be, well, the best?

  2. Humans, animals, nature, society, reality, aliens, extra dimensions, other universes, other reality...it's all just attempting to describe the consciousness that I am, in various patterns.

  3. Given the apparent size of the universe, I wouldn't buy into that one. But hey. I suppose being agnostic about this question is basically the most rational position to take.

  4. I'll feel bad for any primitive alien life humans find, because we're gonna bigboy their land and possessions and put them on reservations where they have no rights and ultimately become drunks and drug abusers. Then maybe 100 years later we'll allow them to open some casinos on their old land.

  5. We have far too many flaws to be the best, we have greed, jealousy, anger, etc. The perfect race can live on its own without fearing conflict of ones' own species. I think ants are capable of being the top species on earth as of right now. They have no wars, can contact eachother telepathically , have many pyramids around the world(lets not forget about telepathy), their all at one, no matter how many species there are. They look each other as "ants" not black ants, red ants, or all these different types of the same species.

  6. Interesting thought, Sublime. To me, though, it seems like you're taking all the negatives of the human race and comparing them to all the positives of ants. So... Can ants love? Can ants develop lifelong personal friendships? Can ants make music, write deeply threaded stories, paint beautiful images? Shit, can ants get baked?

  7. Yeah... what if? I don't think it really makes any difference other than telling us we're alone in our intelligence and understanding. Really it just makes the world more lonely, even if that means not having to worry about some murderous or parasitic beings coming to terrorize Earth.

  8. Well know what your doing is just giving qualities that ants might not be able to do, can you name anything negative about ants, just because we see arts, and relationships as important values in our lives, ants might not, they work 24/7 and who knows not having feelings means you dont have curiosity, ohh now I'm caught in a fight between my own words.

But wait, what about their life long personal friendship with the queen ant, they do anything for her, problem is ants lifes are very short, like our lifes were at some point, if they evolve into people like us, I think they would get alot farther than us in anything.

  9. Most evolved and advanced? I doubt it.

Age of modern humans = 200,000 years old
Age of the universe = 13 billion years old

Look how crappy our old fashioned airplanes are that we use everyday. I think everyone else in the universe already has hyperdimensional spacecraft and technologies we can't even imagine.

  10. Watch the matrix

we aren't. There is definitive proof of the opposite. You just have to search for it. Not on the TV for sure...

  12. Haven't you seen avatar? We got computers, they have dragons

  13. We're a heartless bunch of angry assholes with a military attitude and total addiction to natural resources too. We're screwed. Never had a chance.:smoke:

  14. exactly. :hello:

  15. That'd be pretty sad if the most epic thing happening (technologically) in space right now is our imaging satellites mapping out space.

I really hope there are some epic space battles and galactic conquests going down somewhere.

  16. They're just living out their fantasies

  17. ^Seems childish for such advanced species. I imagine even humans will put an end to war long before we get out of this solar system.

The Children will reach the perfect reality. Those that are playfully able to interact, and experience. Their fantasies will manifest. Those that seek to control will fall into the programming of the children.

  19. I was watching mars attacks the other day and the president brought up a good topic

The only things aliens have to fear are us. If they landed I imagine the army showing up and blowing them up

  20. We can't be the dominant alien race in the 3rd dimension. We aren't even an enlightened people yet...
