What i wronged?

    Hi guys,
    My First Time with Coco blocks i have some issues my plants are in vegetative phase
    Grads are around 26/27celsius 24 hours i have them water at 5.8 pH and 1400 EC but are very very weak.
    Please amy suggestion appreciated.
