Hey guys, I just finished making a bong out of a lightsabre, and was wondering if I'm crazy or if there are others on this site who like to take a more artistic approach to making their pieces. Here's my completed project(aptly named Darth Blazer): side view; front view (yes the height of the bong is adjustable); inside view (because the slide glows!); If you've made your own pieces as a sort of art project I'd love to see them! Also a couple questions: 1. this piece is plastic(obviously), anybody have any idea on how to safely clean something like this? 2. if you saw something like this for sale, would you buy it?
Thats gotta be one of the coolest homemade pieces I've seen. I think cleaning it may be a problem though, I don't think that plastic can withstand alcohol. If it was made out of acrilic and had a glass slide, I'de probably pay maybe $40 just cause it looks badass. Does it still make sound effects?
Thanks, but sadly no, it doesn't make noise, there wasn't a way for me to waterproof the electronics. though i am going to install some waterproof LEDs so that it can glow whilst I smoke.
