What happens if you have a med card and you grow more plants that you're supposed to?

    Lets say the limit is 7 plants and you grow 10. Is it a fine or something like that or do you get a criminal charge?

    So I have a question that kinda fits in here:

    Clones: Considered an established plant or not? Like when they are in a cloner and not transplanted.

    I have 5 plants flowering, 5 in veg and 8 in the cloner. Do i need to kill 3 of my clones? Even though I'll be chopping those 5 flowering in 2-3 weeks.

    Anything with roots is a plant. If they come in and see a clone that is an inch big but has roots it is a plant, the same as the 6 footer right next to it, doesn't matter.

    Don't be stupid, if your legal, stay legal. As soon as you go one over everything is off the table, and your the same as the crack dealer on the corner in the judges eyes.

    Read the laws for your state and stay within them. Don't you wish to read it for yourself rather than take a bunch of strangers' word for it?? And why would you do this anyway (exceed your limit?)

    naw jk i got little story though

    Knew a guy who was able to grow about 90 plants he had 3 separate licenses.. they came and searched found he had around 100 and they just told him to rip them out and then they left. This was done by local pd.

    My friend got robbed and he had like 5 extra plants and the cops just took them with no fine or anything

    Excuse me... nobody is abusing anything. Techincally none of my clones are "rooted" at this exact moment. I had one plant that i turned into 4 plants as i had no room for the big plant anymore which is what put me over but none of those cuttings have roots.

    Does not matter now anyways, gave 3 clones to a dispensary and cut down one of my plants.

    Well, it would be nice to have 6 different mother plants of different strains and I can pick and choose which one I wanted to grow every time it's time to clone again.
