What happens if you are caught?

    I'm in the US, what generally happens if you get caught?

    2 plants, not selling

    Depends on what state you are in. Some nothing, some felony prison time.

    oh thanks.

    I was thinking:
    New York, Massachusets, and Colorado

    is their a good site for this sort of info.

    State By State Laws - NORML

    Colorado is probably going to be most lenient

    Depends probably more on your local jurisdiction as to how stringently they prosecute.

    But yes, check NORML to at least see what the law says in each state.
