    It's irrelevant. If someone is that big of an asshole, just block him.

    Well Will I haven't been on constantly, or had internet access.
    I was living on the streets for a little while too.

    Like others said, the -rep feature was removed for most members because there was far too much reputation abuse and such going on.

    I think that answers your question, so I will go ahead and close this. :p
