What happends to the trichomes when you dry the buds for a week?

    What are the trichomes doing as the buds are drying for a week? Do they just sink into the buds or something? I want an explanation of what happends to the trichomes when buds dry.

    Have a look with a magnifying glass, they are right there where they were to begin with.

    When it's dry and ready for use they won't burst and ruin the thc when you contact touch the buds?

    Ruin the THC? Eh, obviously some of them will fall off when, for example, grinding, but that is why they have grinders which collect them.
