I've seen some people mention this, every one of them were on mobile. It's there on the desktop though.
It's just temporary whenever they are doing an update they remove the cultivation section until after the updates complete... haven't had notifications for all these damn months if this update doesn't fix it I'm done Robs New Journal RQS SQ#1 Clones
yo refer to this thread "Cultivation" category missing from android app it's a thing that happens every few months or so. if your able i highly recommend using this site from a computer it never has to go through hoops like the app does and is easier to use in my opinion.
