I have a 2 week old plant as of now, its about 4 inches tall. When should I start using nutes and what nutes? I have a 400w HPS light if this makes a difference on nutes, but it probably doesn't. Can I just add vermiculite to my soil?

I fertilize my soil long before I plant. 5 cups Tomatotone to 32 quarts soil mix. If you haven't done that, very small amounts of Jacks.Blossum Booster. And I mean small. Now you are playing with fire.
