Is Obama still gonna talk about the top ideas from the Change.org vote? I know we ended up 'winning' (aka getting the most votes), but when is Obama going to discuss it?
This change.org website is not the same as the change.gov website that Obama put up for a while. This is a non-profit sorta thing where the top ten ideas would be presented to certain people in the government, and the organization would take action to make all 10 a reality. So it's not gonna make it legal right away, but it shows people in power what we want, why we want it, and now we've got yet another organization standing with us. Search the site for the petition under "actions," theres a huge legalization petition on that site and it needs more votes quickly.
