Man they used to be one of my most listened to bands! The big come up was awesome, thinkfreakness was just fuckin nuts good, Rubber factory still there, Magic potion, OK, had its moments then shit just tailed off!.. I got tickets for them here in the UK after they released attack and release, they didn't do a great lot of gigs here in the UK so I had been waiting for many years to see them. went off like a damp squib My interested started to fade around this point, then brothers came out, wtf?.. then the rap coloba! hells bells!!!! lol I could go on but fuck me! the new tune from the new album! Fever...... what has happened to such a fuckin awesome bluesey change band! sell outs but for what? for shitter music do people really like listening to this shit!!! http://youtu.be/iZZUY32iCzU
Yeah they just been getting shitter and shitter imo, from attack and release they have been on the decline! it's a pity, on of the few main stream, modern bands i actually liked
they sold the fuck out man. this is the black keys i remember.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjjJQAfFBIY&feature=kp
Nice..... this was always a fav of mine! http://youtu.be/1oo345vWUGk At the mo Deep Vally are doing a pretty good job of pickin up the mess the black keys left behind them. Maybe a bit more rocky but still great all the same. http://youtu.be/wUXVi3l-GUg I hope these dont follow the same path as the keys
OP I could not agree with you more 'Fever' is not a good song and I wasn't a fan of El Camino either but the big come up thickfreakness and rubber factory were my shit. I saw them a few years ago right after they made it big with brothers and El camino and they played the same set list show after show and just didn't seem as into it. They were never made to play arenas but sadly that's all they'll be playing now. Such a shame
