Rep, and the bar representing it went away with the May 2013 upgrade to IPB software...the software doesn't support the old vBulleting style rep system... There is a plan to bring something similar back, but that's kinda on hold while the issues from the most recent updates are being addressed... ...and...even though you may have been absent for a bit OP, name-calling is still not acceptable behaviour on GC...
