im working on getting a set up started for the first time, and basicly im seeling all my malawi fish to the local fish shop, the only problem is he only will give me a credit note, so i want to know what sort of gear would i be able to get that will be good to grow with?. ive already got two fluoresent light sytems with one bulb which has plant growth on it 18"(dont know the watt) and a 48" which i dont know what type it is. also i have the underwater heaters, an air pumb anbd air stones. for the first grow i thought i would just stick with the fluoresents because i cant afford a sodium at the moment. so what else would be usefull? an reverse osmosis machine? more better tubes?.and what tubes would i be looking for?. thanks for any help.
