What does my plant need?

same here what have you been doing feed water wise ph ppms going in and coming out

 

use one of these post to add both pics so we dont have to keep going back and forth its probably the same issue in different development stages

 

this one looks toxic curled leaf tips but the color is of calmag deficiency

 

may be constant over watering as well how big a pot how often do you water instead of the previously suggested toxic calmag def

 

Looks like a nitrogen deficiency to me, lacking the spots/speckles of a telltale calmag def. Do you let the soil dry out between waterings?
