what does burnt hash oil smell like?

    i just used a needle to heat up a drop of oil to drop it into my bowl and when i lifted it off, a little bit smoked up and it trailed for a bit before simmering out.

    i can't smell for SHIT right now, so i'm wondering does this smell distinctly like weed? i'm not supposed to smoked weed inside and i have this industrial deodorizer that i can use

    but i really don't want to use it unless necessary. so can anyone help me out?

    the oil i smoked is called "Pheonix Tears" comes in a syringe. it's from some online company, i got it through my dealer.
