Okay well I need some advice on my workout routine/schedule I'm big. 322.4 5m about. but im 6'3 so it evens out alittle I'm trying to get down to about 265. heres my schedule Monday Wednesday Friday. Couch to 5k running program. About 2m each day for now ish Monday..Shoulders and Triceps Tuesday.. Legs no cardio just warm up stuff Friday... Chest and biceps Now i work a 16hr day on thurs so working out is not an option My diet is getting better.. No more junk food.. No more soda.. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks no weight loss? Usually i lose weight pretty easily when i try to.. My diet is still nwo great, i need to cut out more bad shit What do you guys think. thanks
Well.. i also do drink alot on the weekends as well.. probably.. 10-15 beers/vodka tonics I'm on a leave of absence from blazing before im an emt
