[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_A-lgWCfog&feature=player_embedded]YouTube - Dylan Galloway Touchdown.mov[/ame] I mean sure it's nice to let the kid score a touchdown, but at the same time I dunno, I think if I was in a wheel chair it would kind of make me feel like people aren't letting me hold my own, and treating me like I need help with everything. I'd also recognize that I couldn't actually bust my ass to score a touchdown since I'd get destroyed by a tackle lol. I know quite a few handicap people are like that, they try harder than most people to be independent and a lot of them are happier because of it, they enjoy the little things in life.
If the teams, coaches and the handicapable individual wishes to engage in such activity, who am I to question them? I think it is kind of silly, but there may be aspects of the story of which we are not aware. Cut 'em some slack and just let it be, bro.
I mean obviously the kid wanted to do it, but I don't know I'm just saying if it was me I don't think I'd want to do it, I'd feel like people were openly pointing out that I was handicapped and feeling sorry for me by letting me score a touchdown.
